background

current projects are paintings and workshops on black urban farming now and then, as well as a series on black interiors. a new parent, they jumped into watercolor as a way of processing the postpartum condition in 2024. they seek to create opportunities to get back into our own body, as reflected in: 2020 self-produced album Bathwater, their work 2021-2024 as a justice based land steward, and ongoing breathwork sessions since 2013. ba from sarah lawrence college in liberal arts studying integrative history in 2018. sound healing certificate from new york open center in 2020.  farm apprenticeship with urban tree connection in 2021.  currently pursuing a diy phd with school for the ecocene.
